    What skills or lessons have you learned recently? I have been studying baking tricks, and technique. I have learned about ‘fancy’ bread, like Challah and Star, as well as other beautiful rolls and braids. I will soon be making a tasty Apple/Spice Braided Christmas Bread😋.
