  • What are you most worried about for the future? I’m most worried about the future of our young ones. Our planet is warming up, more each year, and global changes are a certainty. Combined with the politically volatile atmosphere, and rise in violent crime, the youth of today have a huge challenge ahead.

  • What’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever eaten? It would be hard to single out one ‘thing’ as the most delicious ever eaten.   • If you were forced to wear one outfit over and over again, what would it be? If I was forced to wear one outfit over and over again, it would have to be my comfy Tibetan, cotton, longe-pants, and a faded T-shirt. Comfort over style😊.

  • How important is spirituality in your life? Spirituality is highly important in my life. Through daily meditation I connect with the Universal All, which brings me peace, and leaves me equipped to handle life’s struggles.

  • How do you practice self-care? I practice self care by exercise, eating healthy (as much as possible), daily meditation, and baking (my stress therapy).

  • How do you waste the most time every day? I guess I waste a lot of time reading, every day. It’s easy to be pulled out of your daily routine by the call of a good book. Time flies, when your transported to far away lands, or fictional realms, fighting goblins, or bringing a ship…

  • What countries do you want to visit? I would love to visit Scotland and Northern Europe, the lands of my ancestors. My paternal grandfather’s family can be traced back to 13th century Scotland, and how awesome it would be to visit the land they called home.

  • What’s the oldest thing you own that you still use daily? The oldest thing I own that I still use would have to be a 1930’s twisted whisk. It works quite well and is my go to for mixing up eggs.

  • What are you passionate about? I am passionate about a few things. First, connecting with the ‘universal whole’, that higher consciousness who’s spark resides within all life. Second, my family, the web of connection, that fortifies and gives strength. And third, baking! My stress relief and inspiration😊.
