What skills or lessons have you learned recently? I have been studying baking tricks, and technique. What are your favorite physical activities or exercises? My favorite physical activity is hiking, hands down. Being out in nature, breathing in the fresh air, surrounded by local flora and fauna, what better way to recharge. Getting in a workout from climbing the hills and rough trails, is just a bonus.π
