What positive emotion do you feel most often?

Appreciation. I’ve endeavored to make a habit of appreciation contemplation. A few times during the day, I take a moment to think of all the things I’m thankful for. No matter how hard the day is, or obstacles that may arise, blessings surround us. Appreciation, of each other, strengthens bonds, trust, and love. It’s a powerful force that we need more of in our world.
